 HORSEBACK RIDERS
The community allows equestrians to ride horses along all 55 miles of groomed roads. Although there are no designated riding paths, horse riders are encouraged to ride to the side of the roads while vehicles pass. While approaching horseback riders, vehicles are required to slow down to 5 mph while passing for everyone's safety. The same courtesy is asked while passing pedestrians on the roadways. In addition to riding along roads, Equestrians can also enjoy passing through designated alleyways and riding in the community Equestrian Arena or on miles of National Forest Trails on the North side of the community. Please always practice safe behavior around horses.
 LAKEThe lake is 55 acres in size and is great for fishing, kayaking, sailing, boating, or picnicking. No fishing license is required. Please keep dogs on a leash.
No swimming allowed.

 PICNIC CABANAS AND MEMORIAL
Picnic cabanas with tables and BBQ's. There are six cabanas that can be reserved for your special event. The Veteran's cabana was one of the first ones built at LRE and it was personally cared for by Phil Pavlovsky for many years. In 2006 when Lance Cpl. Jeromy West was killed in Iraq the cabana, closest to his parent's home, was dedicated in his honor.

Swings, slide, sandbox, and picnic area with BBQ. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. No night lighting.

Great place to relax, swim laps, or take the kids for a swim. Gate Key Required.

Open: The pool is typically open from mid-May to late October
